SIGNIFICANCE: Peroxiredoxin 4 (PRDX4) is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-resident peroxiredoxin that has the characteristic of coupling hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)) catabolism with oxidative protein folding.
