To determine the influence of excision repair on the distribution of N-propyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (PNNG)-induced mutation, we have analysed the DNA sequence changes of mutation induced at the lacI gene of Escherichia coli in a UvrB- strain.
