The expression of the different tropomyosin isoforms was analyzed in primary granulosa cell cultures and in established granulosa cell lines cotransfected with SV40 and Ha-ras DNA which retain a high steroidogenic response to cAMP stimulation. In contrast to normal cells which greatly reduce the expression of all tropomyosin isoforms during development of steroidogenic ability, in the doubly transformed cells...
