We evaluated the genetic contribution of the IL10-592A/C polymorphism in 108 trios with Tourette's syndrome (TS) including all their parents in a Chinese Han population by using the transmission disequilibrium test and haplotype relative risk design; no evidence for association or linkage disequilibrium was found between IL10-592A/C polymorphism and TS.
