To investigate the mutations of BRCA1 and BRCA2 and determine whether clinic-pathological factors related to BRCA gene mutation. Mastectomy specimens from 360 breast cancers were enrolled and examined in the study. The relationship between BRCA gene mutation and clinic-pathological factors was evaluated.
