The distribution of neurofilament (NF) and synaptic vesicle (SV) proteins in neurites cultured in vitro was visualized with immunocytochemical methods. NF and SV proteins were detected in neurites from both embryonic mouse spinal cord and chick ciliary ganglion neurons.
