Epithelial Protein Lost in Neoplasm alpha is a novel cytoskeleton-associated tumor suppressor whose expression inversely correlates with cell growth, motility, invasion and cancer mortality. Here we show that Eplin-alpha transcription is regulated by actin-MAL-SRF signalling.
