Monoglyceride lipase (MGL) inhibition may offer an approach in treating diseases in which higher 2-arachidonoyglycerol activity would be beneficial. We report here the synthesis and pharmacological evaluation of bis(dialkylaminethiocarbonyl)disulfide derivatives as irreversible MGL inhibitors.
