The SDF1-3' G801A (rs 1801157) polymorphism is associated with increased risk of various types of cancers, including those of the neck and head. Using PCR-RFLPs, we investigated the distribution of SDF1-3' G801A genotypes in patients with laryngeal cancer (n = 118) and controls (n = 250) in Poland.
