Highly informative dinucleotide repeat polymorphisms were identified at the T-complex-associated-testes-expressed-1 (TCTE1) locus on human chromosome 6p. Electrophoresis of single-stranded DNA on native gels facilitated the analysis of the dinucleotide polymorphisms.
