OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of disease associated germ line mutations in BRCA1 gene among Chinese early-onset breast cancer patients. METHODS: A total of 188 early-onset breast cancer patients, who were diagnosed with breast cancer before 41-year-old, were enrolled from four breast cancer clinical centers in China.
