Abstract excerpt
Lipodystrophies are syndromes of adipose tissue degeneration associated with severe defects in lipid and glucose homeostasis. We report here the generation and analysis of Pparg(ldi), a targeted allele that confers conditional dominant lipodystrophy in mice.
