HLA-DR, DQ, and DP alleles were determined by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and oligonucleotide hybridization analysis in 50 Caucasian children with pauciarticular juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (PaJRA) and 82 controls.
