Soluble anti-HLA class I monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) modulate normal T-lymphocyte proliferation induced via the CD3/Ti and the CD2 pathway, but do not induce proliferation of normal T lymphocytes in the absence of additional mitogenic stimuli.
