As the result of our investigations, newly isolated B. pertussis and B. bronchiseptica strains were studied. The results of these investigations showed that B. pertussis strains isolated under the conditions of immunoprophylaxis were characterized by sufficient stability of the main phenotypical properties which determined their pathogenicity: B. pertussis toxin, fimbrial agglutinogens and filamentous...
