Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) were obtained from a biopsy of a patient with a Ki-1-positive large cell lymphoma of the skin. Immunohistologic studies of the large anaplastic tumor cells showed an "aberrant" T "helper/inducer" phenotype (CD30 + CD3-CD4+ CD8-IL-2R + HLA-DR+).
