OBJECTIVE: To determine whether polymorphisms in Fcgamma receptor type IIIA (FcgammaRIIIA) correlate with clinical efficacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) being treated with tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFalpha) inhibitors.
