DNA microarray analysis was used to determine the precise genome-wide gene expression profiles of somatic cloned mice derived from Sertoli and cumulus cells. It demonstrated unexpectedly large epigenetic diversity in neonatal cloned mice, despite their normal appearance and genetic identity.
