Based on the reported cDNA sequences of BmKalphaTxs , the genes encoding toxin BmKalphaTx11 and BmKalphaTx15 were amplified by PCR from the Chinese scorpion Buthus martensii Karsch genomic DNA employing synthetic oligonucleotides.
