Grx5 is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae glutaredoxin involved in iron-sulfur cluster (FeSC) biogenesis. Previous work suggests that Grx5 is involved in regulating protein cysteine glutathionylation, prompting several questions about the systemic role of Grx5.
