An Arabidopsis thaliana cDNA bank has been constituted in a Saccharomyces cerevisiae expression vector based on the phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) promoter and terminator. This bank was used to complement eight S. cerevisiae auxotrophic markers. All of them were corrected.
