To investigate the possible involvement of antigen-processing genes in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, we analyzed the polymorphisms of the TAP1, TAP2, LMP2, LMP7, DMA, and DMB genes in 98 Korean psoriasis patients and compared them with 184 healthy controls.
