A 77-year-old man underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy that revealed a small flat elevated lesion in the gastric antrum. Endoscopically, we assessed the tumor as intramucosal cancer or adenoma, and biopsy specimens were diagnosed as showing borderline malignancy.
