OBJECTIVE: In this study, we analyzed the association genetic polymorphisms of N-acetyltransferase 1 (NAT1) with genetic susceptibility to sporadic colorectal adenocarcinoma (SCRAC). METHODS: All subjects are unrelated Han people in Hubei province of China.
