21 Nov 2002
Abstract excerpt
Meningiomas are common tumors of the coverings of the central nervous system (CNS), comprising 20% of intracranial neoplasms. The only genes known to be associated with sporadic meningiomas are NF2 on chromosome 22 and the related cytoskeleton element DAL-1 on chromosome 18.
