The enzymes N'-[(5'-phosphoribosyl)formimino]-5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide isomerase (HisA) and phosphoribosylanthranilate isomerase (TrpF) are sugar isomerases that are involved in histidine and tryptophan biosynthesis, respectively.
