BACKGROUND: BCL10, a gene involved in the chromosomal translocation t(1;14)(p22;q32) found in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALT lymphoma), has shown mutation in not only MALT lymphomas but also other lymphold tumors.
