Chemotherapeutic drugs eliminate cancer cells by induction of apoptosis. Resistance to chemotherapy is partly due to a decreased apoptosis rate. Here we investigated resistance to anticancer drugs in 9 small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cell lines.
