Different BCR-ABL transcript variants occur more or less frequently, according to the leukemia type. We report the frequencies of BCR-ABL transcript variants studied in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients in the Ecuadorian population.
