The role of p44/42 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), p38, and c-Jun NH(2)-terminal kinase (JNK) in tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha-induced cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 expression was studied in NCI-H292 epithelial cells.
