Recently we compared the lacI and Hprt mutant frequencies (MFs) and types of mutations in lymphocytes of Big Blue((R)) (BB) rats exposed to 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA) under conditions that result in mammary gland tumors.
