Multiple myeloma (MM) is a slowly proliferative malignancy in which malignant plasma cells accumulate within the bone marrow. The expression of several anti-apoptotic proteins was evaluated by immunoblotting in human myeloma cell lines and in highly purified native myeloma cells.
