Cyclin-dependent kinase-like-5 (CDKL5) Deficiency Disorder (CDD) is a severe X-linked neurodegenerative disease characterized by early-onset epileptic seizures, low muscle tone, progressive intellectual disability, severe motor function and visual impairment.
