<title>Abstract</title> <p>Many HER2-positive breast cancer (BC) patients relapse within a year of trastuzumab or neratinib treatment. We identified specific pathogenic mutations in the dimerization domains II and IV of the HER2 receptor that contribute to treatment resistance.
