Single-nuclei transcriptome of brain-dead donor heart with long QT syndrome revealed neuronal modulation of cardiac immunity

2024-04-29

Abstract excerpt

<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background: Brain dead (BD) donor hearts with long QT syndrome (LQTS) showed accelerated cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV). We determine the differences between non-arrhythmic and LQTS myocardium through single-nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNAseq) analysis. Methods: 16 non-arrhythmic and 4 LQTS BD donors myocardial snRNAseq were retrieved.
