Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is the most common cyanotic congenital heart defect. Surgical repair can prolong the survival time of TOF patients, but the right ventricle (RV) function of repaired TOF (rTOF) patients will gradually deteriorate because of the residual pulmonary regurgitation (PR).
