Abstract excerpt
We present a case of adult-onset systemic chronic active EBV disease (CAEBV) in a 40-year-old woman with chronic HBV hepatitis. Initial symptoms resembled a viral illness, progressing to recurrent fever, transaminitis, and anasarca.
