<h4>Background</h4> Cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome (CFC) is a rare disorder with multiple congenital anomalies including macrocephaly, failure to thrive, and neurocognitive delay. CFC is part “RASopathy” syndromes caused by pathogenic germline variants in BRAF, KRAS, MAP2K1, and MAP2K2.
