Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) transduces B-cell receptor (BCR), Toll-like receptor (TLR), and Fc receptor (FcR) signaling, and overactivation of these pathways drives B-cell malignancies and antibody-mediated autoimmune disease.
