<title>Abstract</title> <p> Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is a rare hematological disorder caused by the expansion of a hematopoietic clone with a somatic <italic>PIG-A</italic> gene variant. In this retrospective analysis of 1,118 cases (2013–2024), PNH was confirmed in 224 patients (20%), including 103 adult and 81 pediatric cases.
