Necdin (NDN) acts as a tumor suppressor gene in some malignant tumors, but it is unclear about the role of NDN in osteosarcoma (Osteosarcoma, OS). The results show that the expression level of NDN is low, while that of vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) is significantly up-regulated in OS cells and tissues.
