<title>Abstract</title> <p><bold>Background:</bold>Nuclear protein in testis (NUT) midline carcinoma (NMC) is a rare and highly aggressive tumor with the bromodomain containing 4 (<italic>BRD4</italic>)<italic>-NUT</italic> (<italic>NUTM1</italic>) gene fusion.
