Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive lymphoma characterized by a diffuse proliferation of large neoplastic B lymphocytes. DLBCL is histologically and clinically heterogeneous. Skeletonization reduces binary objects to 1-pixel wide curved line representations without changing the essential structure of the image.
