Kiwifruit is a popular nutrient-rich fruit that is native to Yichang, Hubei, China. In recent years, with large-scale cultivation, the occurrence of postharvest rot has seriously restricted the production of kiwifruit in China. The main postharvest rots are caused by fungi, including Botryosphaeria dothidea, Diaporthe nobilis, Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria spp., and so on, and there are fruits with various symptoms...
