<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Polyhydramnios, Megalencephaly, and Symptomatic Epilepsy syndrome (PMSE/STRADA-related disorder) is a rare neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by megalencephaly (ME), early-onset drug-resistant epilepsy, neurocognitive impairment, and high early mortality, often due to status epilepticus.
