<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> The central mechanisms underlying fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) remain undetermined. The dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) is particularly relevant to FMS because it is implicated in cognitive, affective, and top-down pain regulation.
