Two monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) specific for a grapevine yellows mycoplasmalike organism (GY-MLO) were produced by fusing mouse myeloma cell lines NS 1/1 to spleen cells of mice immunized with partially purified GY-MLO from diseased periwinkles.
