<h4>Purpose: </h4> This study used DIA mass spectrometry to identify novel plasma protein biomarkers for sepsis, aiming to find new diagnostic targets. <h4>Methods:</h4> A sepsis model in C57BL/6 mice, divided into Control and LPS groups, assessed survival post-LPS.
