<title>Abstract</title> <p>Hereditary Alpha-Tryptasemia (HαT) is an autosomal dominant disorder estimated to affect 5% of the population. High baseline tryptase level is a consistent finding, but there is a great variability of clinic manifestations, including no symptoms at all.
