<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Plant diseases are often diagnosed by the method of DNA extraction followed by PCR. DNA extraction from plant tissue can be a recalcitrant and lengthy process, and sometimes ends up with inhibitors that reduce PCR amplification efficiency.
